  Shipping & Delivery Policy

  1. Service Area SILEMILE ships to over 29,000+ pincodes across India. We currently do not ship internationally.

  2. Delivery Partners -  We use Shiprocket to aggregate the best courier partners for your location. Your order will be delivered by trusted logistics providers such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, or Ecom Express, depending on your shipping address.

  3. Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Delivery on all prepaid orders.

  4. Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal fee of ₹49 may apply to COD orders to confirm the delivery commitment.

  5. Order Processing Time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.

  6. Order Delivery Duration:

  Metros & Tier-1 Cities: 1 to 4 working days.

  Rest of India: 4 to 7 working days.

  North East & J&K: 7 to 14 working days.

  7. Note: During sale periods, festivals, or unforeseen weather conditions, delivery may be delayed by 2-3 days.

  8. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Link via SMS and Email/WhatsApp. You can track your package in real-time on our website or the carrier's portal.

  Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

  At SILEMILE, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process.

  1. Return Window You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your product.

  2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return/exchange:

  The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  The receipt or proof of purchase must be available.

  3. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: "Innerwear and Lingerie", "Socks and Stockings", "Personal Care/Beauty Products", "Customized or Made-to-Order items"

  4. The Return Process:

  Initiate: Log in to your account, go to "My Orders," and click "Return/Exchange." Alternatively, email us at connect@silemile.in.

  Pickup: We will arrange a reverse pickup via our logistics partner (Shiprocket) within 2-3 working days.

  Inspection: Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check (QC).

  5. Refunds Policy Once the QC is passed, your refund will be processed immediately.

  SILEMILE Wallet (Fastest): Refunds are credited to your store wallet within 24-72 hours. You can use this balance for future purchases instantly.

  Source Account: If you prefer a refund to your original payment mode (Credit Card/UPI/Bank), it will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  COD Refunds: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will send you a link to provide your bank account or UPI details for the refund.

  Cancellation Policy

  You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. If the order is already shipped, you can refuse the delivery at your doorstep, and a refund will be processed after the item returns to us.
