• • Authentication: We use Digits (OTP-based login) to verify your identity. You agree to receive One-Time Passwords (OTPs) via SMS or Email for account verification.
  • Account Safety: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion if we suspect suspicious activity. 

3. Products and Pricing

• • Product Descriptions: We try to be as accurate as possible. However, due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings, product colors may vary slightly. We do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.

4. Orders and Payments

• • Payment Gateway: We use Razorpay and other authorized payment gateways to process secure online payments. We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD may be available for select pin codes. We reserve the right to disable COD for certain customers or orders.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation via email/WhatsApp upon placing an order. This does not confirm acceptance of your order; it confirms we have received it. Acceptance of the order occurs when the product is dispatched.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• • Timeline: We aim to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Delays: Silemile is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• • Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with tags intact.
  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment (or bank account for COD orders) within 5-7 business days.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery.
  • Reverse Pick-Up: We offer reverse pick-up services for most pin codes. However, if your location is not serviceable for reverse pick-up by our logistics partners, you will be required to self-ship the product back to our warehouse. In such cases, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs (up to Rs. 100) in the form of store credit.

  • Prohibited Content: You agree not to post comments that are unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or contain spam.

If you upload photos/videos of yourself wearing our products (e.g., in reviews):

• • Permission: You confirm you own the rights to the content.
  • Grant of Rights: You grant Silemile permission to display this content on our website and social media channels (Instagram/Facebook) for marketing purposes.
  • No Obligation: We are under no obligation to display or keep any content you submit.
